Welcome to the user agreement for handmadebeauty28.ie.

In return for allowing you access to handmadebeauty28.ie, we require you to accept the Terms & Conditions of use set out in this notice. 

These terms of use are a legal agreement between us and describe the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our website and the services we offer including the sale of retail goods to consumers. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and our Privacy Policy.

This agreement includes those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference. We strongly recommend that you also access and read any other information contained on other pages or websites referred to in this notice, as they may contain further terms and conditions that apply to you.

All products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last. All photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this website and any descriptions, photos or illustrations are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them. They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard. All prices are subject to change, are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of VAT at 23% where applicable. All sale prices quoted are valid only while stocks last.

Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, which will be charged at the rates specified in the delivery section on the product pages.

Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the products cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.

We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders. Offers are subject to Terms & Conditions. If we email an offer this cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code. You may cancel an order with us any time prior to dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure and we will grant you a full refund excluding posting costs.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for all communications sent via or to this website and agree your use of this website for private, proper and lawful purposes only.

You will not carry out any act or omission or procure any act or omission which would damage, delay, interrupt or impair the use of this website or its software. Cause any illegal, offensive, defamatory material to be placed on or associated with this website. Be in breach of any copyright, trade mark, privacy, confidence, or any other third party right, or cause any inconvenience to handmadebeauty28.ie, its employees, servants, agents, software and other suppliers or any other third party (including, without limitation, creating or procuring software viruses, chain letters, unsolicited communications and 'spam').

In the event that you breach any of these conditions, you will indemnify and keep indemnified handmadebeauty28.ie, its parent, subsidiaries, associated companies, employees, servants, agents, professional advisors, suppliers and affiliates from time to time against all damages, losses, claims, costs, charges, awards, orders, judgments and other liabilities suffered or threatened as a result of a breach of these conditions.

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates and agents and our and their respective officers, directors and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

An order cannot be cancelled or amended once submitted.

Products are not supplied on a sale or return basis. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason our Returns Policy will apply.

To inform us of your intention to return the product please contact us via email handmade.beauty28@gmail.com when you will be given a returns authorisation number.

Any product must be returned to us with 10 days of delivery to you.

The products must be returned in their original condition, including outer packaging, unused and in perfect saleable condition.

Certain products cannot be returned. These include:

• Any made-to-measure, custom-made, special order products or products supplied direct from the manufacturer ;

• Any product which has a security seal which you have opened or unsealed;

Any product which, for hygiene purposes, cannot be returned which includes cosmetics, hairbrushes and combs, hair extensions and hair pieces, gels, uv gels, nail polishes, spray tan machines, body jewellery, earrings or piercing tools, foot spas, scissors and blades and manicure/pedicure tools.  Please see our returns policy for a list of these examples of a list of these items. 

You should return the product at your own cost. You are responsible for ensuring that the product arrives safely to us so we strongly recommend that you return the product by recorded post. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to products whilst being returned to us. We can arrange collection for you, however, we will deduct our costs from any refund due.

You can also return a product to any one of our stores. Please note, paypal orders cannot be returned to our stores.

You will need to present the product together with your delivery paperwork as proof of purchase and your returns authorisation number.

This option does not apply to large/bulky furniture or equipment where you will need to contact our Returns Department.  No returns are also excepted on equipment or products removed from there boxes. 

Delivery charges paid by you will not be refunded. Products which are given free, as part of an offer, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the full offer is returned.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the refund which will be deducted from your refund.

We refund you on the same credit card or debit card used by you to pay for the products. Processing a refund can take up to 21 days from receipt of the returned product
